The 11th annual Berry Celtic Festival is on Saturday 27 May 2017, and this year features The Isle of Man.
Commencing at 9.30am the Grand Street Parade through the streets of Berry features all the distinctive colourful kilts and numerous pipe bands along with various Celtic Clans, Scottish Terrier dogs, and vintage cars. It is a fantastic opportunity to get close to all of the bands with their bagpipes and drummers, and shouldn’t be missed.
On arriving at the Berry Showground, comes the marching of the massed bands with the heavenly sound of the bagpipes reverberating around the grounds … you need to be there to feel the thrill of the occasion. Then a day full of entertainment commences with musical items, pipe bands, Celtic fiddlers, highland dancing, enchanted singing, and lots of Celtic merchandise stalls to view.
The Berry Celtic Festival is a fundraising project of the Rotary Club of Berry supported by Shoalhaven City Council and other community groups.
