Charming, well appointed and tastefully decorated three bedroom Air Conditioned cottage. Main bedroom has a Queen Bed, Second bedroom has a Queen Bed and the Third Bedroom has a Tri-bunk Bed (Double Bed with a Single Bunk Bed above). Bedrooms also have clock radios, Remote Control Ceiling fans (Master and 2nd Bedrooms - Remote Control Pedestal fan in 3rd Bedroom) and column heaters. There is a Full Bathroom with Complimentary Toiletries. The lounge has a 42 inch Plasma Television screen with Home Cinema Surround Sound. Linen is supplied however we do need to know for how many prior to your arrival. Max # of Persons: 7 Children are charged at the same rate as adults. Cancellations with less than one months notice NO REFUND. However if we are able to rebook the accommodation we will offer a refund for the rebooked portion.

BOND
A bond of $100.00 is required which is refundable within (7) seven days of tenant vacating ONLY if the premises is left in a similar manner to how it was presented. Dirty dishes not washed could incur extra cleaning fee. The owner will contact you directly for payment once booking is made.
